Signs that you Have a Serious Health Issue
If you are concerned that you are not taking care of your health as much as you could be then now is the time for you to take action against that. This guide will show you what steps you can take to try and start taking care of yourself today, so you can look to a future that is brighter and free from worry.

Chest Pain
One sign that your health is in trouble is if you are having a lot of chest pain. Chest pain can be caused by a number of factors, from muscle soreness to heart attacks. If you can, you need to monitor how severe the pain is as well as how fast the pain is setting in. If you know that the pain is both sudden and severe then you need to seek medical assistance right away. Long-term pain, regardless of how severe it is, could be a sign that you have heart disease. If you want to get this sorted then seeing your doctor is the best way for you to eliminate any anxiety you may have. They can work with you to make sure that you get the help you need with ease so keep that in mind.
Abdominal Pain
Abdominal pain can come in many different forms. This makes it very tricky for you to deal with. It may be that you have an upset stomach or that you have something that is being brought on by a specific food. If you have abdominal pain this could even be a sign that you have stomach cancer. If you can, you have to be mindful of the strength of your pain and how long it lasts. Sometimes you may find that your abdominal pain is linked to issues in your lower bowel, so try and keep this in mind if you can.
Sudden Weight Gain
A rapid or unexplained weight gain can also mean that you may have a health issue. It will also pose a significant risk in a lot of cases. It is a major sign that you need to seek help if you can. If you can, you need to try and be mindful of the weight you are gaining or losing so you can try and correlate it to any lifestyle changes. If you have heart failure or if you have diabetes then this is a sign that you need to make a serious issue that you need to try and deal with. If you feel as though your weight gain or weight loss is syndicated with a change in your appetite then you need to know how your appetite is changing. Keep in mind that there probably isn’t anything wrong if you become very hungry or very unhungry for a few days, but if this continues then it is probably a sign that you need to make a change as soon as possible.
Shortness of Breath
If you have shortness of breath then this might not be brought on by exercise. It may be that you have heart or lung disease. If you find that it comes on very suddenly then this can be a sign that you have asthma or that you have heart disease. You might also have fluid in the lungs. If you want to do something about this then you need to try and take steps to talk with your doctor. When you do, they can then rule out any serious issues so you can continue to go about your life as normal.
Nausea
You should not overreact every time you feel a little nauseous or when you have a bit of a stomach bug. With that being said, this can be a warning sign that you have a serious illness. If you want to do something about this then try and make sure you are taking note of the things that are happening. You need to try and make sure that you are noting any food intolerances you might have and that you are also trying to be mindful of how it is impacting your overall health. If you get nausea from drinking too much and suspect you have a drinking problem then going to addiction rehab could be a good idea.
So as you can see, it is possible that you have a serious health issue if you experience any of the above for long periods of time. If you want to help yourself here then make sure that you speak to someone about it and check in with your doctor too.
