Juicing Grocery List: The Ultimate Guide to Stocking Your Fridge with Fresh Produce

Juicing has become a staple in my daily routine as someone who enjoys a healthy lifestyle. Not only is it a convenient way to consume various fruits and vegetables, but it also provides many health benefits. However, having the right ingredients is crucial when it comes to juicing. That's why I've put together a juicing grocery list to help you start your juicing journey.

First and foremost, it's important to choose organic produce. This ensures that you're not consuming any harmful pesticides or chemicals. Some of my favorite fruits and vegetables to juice include kale, spinach, carrots, apples, ginger, and lemons. These ingredients provide a variety of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are essential for optimal health.

How to Use a Juicer

Unboxing the MOD Cold Press was super simple. I immediately understood what each part did, including the lid, funnel, auger, filter, bowl, and motor base. It wasn't super bulky, and it felt simple to understand how the pulp chute and drip stop worked. As a newbie, I learned quick. As of this writing, I've had my juicer for a few months and LOVE it. It's so easy to use and become part of my routine.

Assembly took about ten minutes just because I was being careful. I'm sure you could assemble it much faster! I made an apple, lemon and ginger juice which was quite simple. Here's what I did:

  • 2 apples, chopped and seeds removed
  • 1 inch of ginger
  • Half of a lemon, peeled

It was SO easy to put the pieces into the juicer. One tip that MOD included in their instructions is to let the produce piece process and not stuff too many pieces in at once.

You could also make nut milk and sorbet if you'd like. The set up is a little different, but they walk you through every step of the way.
