If you want to have a better and more exciting life, then you have to improve the quality of the one that you've got. We only get one shot at this thing called life, which means that if we're not making the most of what we are doing, we're going to struggle and we're going to suffer. You don't deserve to get to 40 and wish you had done something more when you could be doing that something more right now.

- Get a better night of sleep. If you're not getting enough sleep, you're going to find your productivity levels are on the floor. You need to have emotional balance, creativity, and you need to have health in your life, and sleep is going to help you to achieve all of those things, even if you're tired. Bedtime can be pushed back to get more work done, right? No, stop doing that. Start prioritizing your sleep and you'll feel like you're on top of the world.
- Move your body. Regular exercise has a positive impact on your physical and mental health. Not only does it help you to trim down your waistline, but you curb your depression, improve your memory, and contribute to much better sleep. All of these things can work to improve your mood. There is plenty of research that shows that even half an hour of day of exercise can make a massive difference to your mental health and your physical well-being.
- Find meaning in your job. You don't have to find meaning in the exact job that you have right now, but you do need to find meaning in the career that you do. So that means you need to look at what you are doing for a living and decide whether or not it's serving a good purpose. If it's not, then why not have a change, go back to school and study something else because life is going to be there regardless.
