How to Make an Easy Egg Dip With Herbs
To get started, you need goat cheese, sour cream, cilantro, chives, dill and salt and pepper if desired. And, of course, you need hard-boiled eggs.

Egg and Herb Dip
Try this easy dip for a holiday party!
Ingredients
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
Instructions
- Combine the goat cheese and sour cream, and combine until smooth.
- Finely mince the hard-boiled eggs and add to the cheese mixture.
- Add the chives, cilantro, dill, lemon zest and juice.
- Stir well and serve with crackers.
