Dairy-Free Iced Cinnamon Vanilla Latte

Iced Vanilla Latte Recipe

I drink iced coffee year-round. There is something about starting my day with a refreshing caffeinated beverage that gets me going in those early morning hours. I also like to cool off with an iced coffee on a hot day. However, I am trying to enjoy more dairy-free options in my diet. Luckily there are SO many new options that make it a breeze to incorporate some of my favorite flavors and stay dairy-free.

I heard about Silk Oat Yeah Oatmilks when I saw them shopping at Walmart recently. With flavors like Chocolate, Vanilla, and Original, I knew that they would be a creamy dairy-free option for our home. It’s a nut-free milk choice, and you’re going to LOVE it!

If you’re plant-based or curious, Oat Yeah Oatmilk is a simple way to ease into it. It offers a creamy texture that is unmatched. Plus, it doesn’t have carrageenan or artificial flavoring. You could use this in coffee, a smoothie, with cereal, in your baking, or anywhere else you would use milk!

I wanted to make something sweet that was dairy-free. To get started with this cinnamon vanilla latte, brew your favorite coffee over ice. I like a light roast or a coffee shop medium roast. A light roast complements the creamy texture of Silk Oat Yeah.

Once your coffee is brewed over ice, add Silk Oat Yeah Vanilla as desired. A tablespoon or two is plenty, but I admit I go heavy on the “cream” in my coffees.

To sweeten it up, top with a dairy-free whipped cream. Sprinkle cinnamon on top to make this creamy iced coffee a special treat!
